I thought I would share a couple of testimonials from customers of mine that are using the Broadlook tools. If you have any to share, please email those to me to sscheck@broadlook.com:
1. With the Broadlook tools I have been able to quickly gather information from the internet that would have been otherwise unavailable to me due to the time commitment necessary to gather the information. John White helped me glean numerous leads from the internet faster than I would have thought possible before finding the Broadlook software. The TIME SAVING CAPABILITY is TREMENDOUS. Everything from the sales process with Sid Scheck and Donato Diorio to the training with John White has been great. I would recommend Broadlook, the people and the software to anyone. Smokey.
2. Lead generation is a treacherous job, one that could become discouraging very easily. Broadlook has taken lead generation to another level. The TIME SAVING CAPABILITY is TREMENDOUS. TIME IS MONEY. We were able to partake of the tutorials and live webinars. Brian Galovits, Director of Client Relations also called and offered his personal assistance. He has helped us learn more about how to capture leads as we encountered different list configurations. He continues to check in and has made himself available to do on line meetings giving us further instruction. He has gone above and beyond customer service. He has the heart to help his clients become successful in using the Broadlook Software. Thank you Brian for all you’ve done to make this program a success for us. Lavonda.

Value. The best companies don’t try to see how little they can give their customers for a dollar; they try instead to see how much they can give. Value is another name for worth, and it’s a proud and soaring thing. Sometimes a product or service may cost a litle bit more, but be worth a whole lot more. The price of something is always important, but not nearly as important as its value.
This is one of many great quotes I will be adding to this blog site. I hope this quote has meaning to you.

Remember the movie Charlie and the Chololate Factory when Charlie bought the wanka bar and he won the ticket to the Wanka Factory? Charlie said, “I’ve Got a Golden Ticket”. Well for our customers, it’s “I’ve got Broadlook Technologies Tools”. The reaction when people see our tools for the first time are speechlees or amazed at what they see. Jim commented: This has been great. It has been awesome. It is an amizing product and I am blown away. I have never seen anything like it. It is very cutting edge. We hear these kinds of comments all the time.
Today, most companies are using many of the typical database systems. The question you need to ask yourself is how old is the information? When was the last time they called your company to get your information? Is it accurate? Do they have the decision makers information? Where do they get the information from? Have you thought about these questions?
The marketplace is getting more challenging to sell and the pressure on you and your sales team is greater then ever. You suggest to your sales reps to go to these database systems only to find out they provide very limited contact information and now they need to call the company only to get to the gatekeeper and they won’t release the information becuase it’s against company policy. You then encourage your team to call first thing in the morning or late in the day to perhaps get the voicemail system and you call any extention to see if you can get the decision makers information you are looking to get a hold of. Does this sound like how you are your sales team spends part of their time to grow sales? What about knocking on doors trying to make friends with the gatekeeper just to hope you will get the decision makes name your are trying to reach.
This is exactly the environment I was in. I sold telecom services to local businesses. We were encouraged to spend out time either knocking on doors to collect names and business cards and then bring them back to the office to make calls to hope to find out if this is truely the decision maker and possibly set up a meeting. The other way, was to use a database, only to find out that the information was too limited and I still needed to call the company and speak to the gatekeeper.
If you asked your sales team to reach out to your local of Chamber of Commerce directory and put the entire directory in your database or an excel spread sheet, how long would it take to accomplish that task? What about a local association directory? What if you can compile the list in minutes? What if your sales team, can profile a company a pull the contact information for the general sales manager, director to the CEO level in minutes with out having to speak to the gatekeeper? How much more effective can your sales reps be?
The answer to those questions is simple. Take the Broadlook Technologies challenge. See what all the excitment is all about. Schedule your time for a live demonstration. Don’t take our word for it, judge for yourself. Do you want to increase your sales? Do you want to do what your competitors are not doing? Do you want to use technology to leverage your time and effort? So what’s your Golden ticket? For our customers, it’s Broadlook Technologies.

In just about every sales webinar, one things that always comes up in conversation is what training do you provide? When I was considering joining Broadlook Technologies, I thought the same thing. Broadlook sure has so many tools. How am I going to learn how to use the tools and how are my clients going to be able to use the tools especially those who are not computer savvy?? I have to say the training and support has been outstanding. I consistently hear from my new customers how much they appreciate the attention they are getting.

Hello Sid. How are you? I just wanted to drop you a line and let you that I absolutely love this system. La Lon and Brian have done an excellent job answering my questions and getting me up to speed. Thank you so much for your help. You rock!!
Today there are many technology companies that are willing to sell you their product or service, but don’t provide you the right training. Well I can tell you, you can take a deep breath and say ahhhhh! We have 1 on 1 training available, FREE training classes every week where you can attend on line in the comfort of your own office and learn the in’s and out’s of our tools. Then on top of that, we have available interactive tools available at your disposale 24/7. If you find that you need additional support, don’t be shy, we don’t bite so give us a call.
Most companies today will sell you their solution whether it’s the right solution for you or not. At Broadlook, that is not the case. I participated in a demo with Donato and we learned that this recruiter primarily depends on doing all their recruiting based on what they find on the job boards. Donato simply told the client that our tools would probably not be the right fit for them as Broadlook’s tools are for those recruiters that are going to need to do the research on the internet to find the client or candidate. With that said, the recruiter agreed we should continue the webinar as they saw how Broadlook Technologies tools will help them improve the way they recruit. To me, that showed how Donato really look’s out for the best interest in the Broadlook Technologies reputation and ensure that a new customers expectations are met.
When you are considering making a purchase from Broadlook Technologies or another technology company, ask yourself is this solution the right fit for you, do they just want to make a quick buck off you and will there be the right support when you are a new client.

It was back in November 2007 and someone I knew in Atlanta sent me information about Broadlook. He said you should take a look at this company called Broadlook Technologies, so I told him to send me an email and that I would take a look at the information. I received the email, but did not pay much attention to it and then I eventually finally read the email. I thought at first, this looks like just another lead generator system, so ended up deleting it. Later that day, something told me I should take a look at the email again and perhaps I should spend more time learning what Broadlook is all about.
I then contacted the corporate office and received information about a webinar to learn more about the company. I attended the webinar on Novemeber 30th. after watching the webinar, I thought to myself, Broadlook is selling technology and has no competition and companies need their technology! Now this is fantastic. After I had just come from the telecom industry selling the most competitive service, this is a NO brainer!
I then reached out to Donato on 12.1.07. He asked me to put a plan of action together for him. I thought to myself, isn’t something like this is required for a salaried position not a straight commissioned position?? It was clear he was looking for quality individuals to join his company. So off I went, put my plan of action together, presented it and I go two thumbs up from Donato. On December 5th, I officially joined Broadlook.
